How many times a week should I train?

Ideally you should train 6 times a week for 29 minutes, but you can get very good results if you are focused and train 2 to 4 times a week.

How long should a training session take?

A session should last 29 minutes. This will be more than enough to get the desired results.


Do I have to invest into equipment?

This training program requires little or no equipment: a mat or even a towel.



What happens after I pay for the training program?

We confirm your registration and you will receive an email with your username and password to connect to your membership area and access the content of my method. You can then train at any time.

I have a little back and / or knee and / or ankle pain ... etc. Do you advise me to train?

Of course this program has been thought and designed according to various problems and does not present any danger as for its practice. If in doubt, I recommend the advice of your doctor.

I am a beginner and / or I have never done any sport and / or I am a minor, can I follow this program?

YES, you can follow this program because it is made up of 90% bodyweight exercises. You can possibly focus only on bodyweight exercises. If in doubt you can ask your parents' opinion.
